#9 - Steps at lunchtime
5.5kms with A. Went back for more of the steps. And also added a few more by the Woolloomooloo Wharf and in the Botanical Gardens. Felt pretty good. Learnt some good stretches from A.
So in May 05, I decided I was to do the Sydney Marathon in early September. I'm planning to keep an account of my progress here. Why? I think motivation and sacrifice through the next 3 months of training are going to be the main problems: Keeping a record will help, and keeping mates and family in the loop should hopefully stop me backing out...only days to go
